Founder and CEO of Ruthless Integrity & Simple Execution (RISE) Coach King has spent over two and a half decades in the areas of workplace violence prevention, mental health, conflict resolution, serving in the USMC overseas, and patrol and tactical operations in Law Enforcement just outside the nation's capital.

Having built one of the leading providers of de-escalation and Active Threat Response training companies in the United States, he has turned the 7-figure company over to his talented team to run so he can focus on what matters most. As a result, he has spent the last 4+ years solely focused on coaching and guiding men to become elite and build the lives they truly crave to live. 

After assisting for a few years as Head Coach of one of the first and most well known men's leadership training companies in the United States, he recognized that it was time to develop his own program to help a portion of the market that was unable to take part in that program.

Coach King wanted to help men that needed a life-changing and transformative experience without the incredibly high-cost of entry found in nearly all other industry related programs.

He is able to blend his valuable lessons learned from working on the front lines in mental health treatment facilities, the criminal justice system, USMC OIF/OEF combat operations, and law enforcement & SWAT experience into every session. 

He has experience in corrections, patrol, and tactical operations, serving on the entry team, sniper, and tactical training coordinator positions. Additionally, formerly certified as a Defensive Tactics instructor, and Personal Defense Readiness Instructor with Blauer Tactical, he is prepared to train and increase men's confidence in their personal safety. Also having been Certified in Hostage Rescue, Combat Pistol, Breaching Instructor, Field Training Officer, and many more his experience and training is on par with some of the most elite coaches in the industry.

Having also been a Certified John Maxwell Team Speaker/Trainer, and longtime student of personal-development industry experts such as; Les Brown, Eric Thomas, Tony Robbins, David Goggins, Jocko Willink, Garrett J. White, Chris Williamson, Jordan Peterson, and many others, Coach King brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the self-development and personal growth arena as well.      

Mr. King is regularly sought out for industry related keynotes and related public events due to his unique ability to engage and inspire audiences with unique stories based on real life experiences working in mental health in both residential and out-patient facilities, military service with overseas combat, and law-enforcement/tactical operations.
